Jovanky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and is certified by both Microsoft (MCSE) and Cisco Systems (CCNA). Jovanky's experience includes several years of programming business applications for small businesses and 9 years of experience working for Lexis Nexis Martindale-Hubbell where he held positions ranging from Technical Specialist to Manager of Technical Support and Premium Websites.

During his career at Lexis Nexis Martindale-Hubbell, Jovanky was known to create several efficiencies that saved time and costs to the organization. While managing a team of 9 professionals who provided phone and email support to the entire customer base, which included about twenty thousand attorneys on the Premium Website area only, and over a hundred thousand listing subscribers and general Lawyers.com, Attorneys.com and Martindale.com consumers and professionals, Jovanky kept his team performing at a high level of efficiency, effectiveness and procedure following.

Some of the efficiencies Jovanky implemented at Lexis Nexis include an interactive Attendance Tracking System which distributed the responsibility of managing employee attendance and reporting between managers and employees, a Domain Administration and Registration application that reduced the registration time from weeks to minutes and allowed the team to manage domains using a centralized, fully integrated system that communicated with the internal fulfillment applications. Other efficiencies included product management resources used to automate the deprovisioning of products based on customer status changes and a Quality Control application for testing live websites automatically.

Jovanky managed to keep his team small while constantly taking on new tasks that increased the level of human resource involvement and he did this by managing efficiencies that not only made individuals faster and more effective but also allowed the team to provide excellent customer support.

Jovanky also gained vast experience in the development of custom and pre-made web solutions for the legal and other industries. As he managed his team and was responsible for delivering the fulfillment and support of websites for twenty thousand customers, he became well seasoned in the field of web marketing and online solutions that can creatively help small businesses to perform online.
